Family Constellations is a systemic healing modality developed by Bert Hellinger. It operates on the understanding that unresolved events within a family system — grief, trauma, injustice, or premature death — do not stay in the past. They pass invisibly through generations, showing up in the lives of descendants as unexplained patterns, recurring relationship difficulties, emotional weight, or physical symptoms without clear cause. A constellation session uses representatives or symbolic objects to make the hidden dynamics of the family system visible.

No experience at all is required. Many clients who come to this practice have never tried energy work, somatic healing, or any form of alternative therapy. Curiosity and a basic willingness to be present are the only requirements.
